LEGAL RESERVATION

This Website is not an on-line store, which means that no sale agreement can be concluded via the Website. Any advertisements, price lists, catalogues and other information about products or services presented on the Website should not be treated as an offer, but potentially as an invitation for entering into an agreement. Entering into an agreement may take place as a result of an individual inquiry sent to the Owner and after determination by the parties of the detailed terms of the agreement – entering into and the terms of such agreement are however regulated by separate general sales terms specified by the Owner and may be the object of determinations of the parties made before the conclusion of the agreement, for example electronically, via telephone or personally in the Owner’s registered office.
The data controller of personal data collected and processed in relation to the use of the Website is the Owner. Personal data are processed for purposes, for periods and based on the bases and terms indicated in the privacy policy published on the Website. The privacy policy contains primarily the terms pertaining to the processing of personal data by the Data Controller on the Website, including bases, purposes and periods of personal data processing and rights of data subjects, as well as information about the application of cookies and analytical tools on the Website. Use of the Website is voluntary. Similarly, any related provision of personal data by the user of the Website is voluntary, with the reservation of exceptions indicated in the privacy policy (e.g. dispatch of an inquiry via the contact form).

USE OF WEBSITE

The Website is available to all Internet users. As part of the Website, the Owner shares information about the business activity carried out by it and about its products and services.

Correct use of the Website requires fulfilment of the following technical requirements:
• A computer, a laptop, a smartphone or another multi-media device with Internet access.
• Access to electronic mail (in case of a contact form).
• Internet browser in an up-to-date version: Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, Safari or Microsoft Edge.
• Recommended minimum screen resolution: 320×568.
• Turning on the possibility of saving cookies and JavaScript servicing in an Internet browser.

Use of the Website is free of charge. Use of the Website shall take place in a mode compliant with the law and good customs, accounting for the respect for personal property, protection of personal data and rights of the Data Controller, other persons using the Website and third parties, including copyright and rights of intellectual property. Illegal activities which may hinder the operation of the Website are forbidden. Provision of illegal content is forbidden. It is also forbidden to use the Website for the distribution of any unsolicited commercial information (spam).
Use of the Website is related to standard threats on the Internet. The basic threat for every Internet user if the risk of having the ICT system “infected” with various types of malware, created primarily to damage or to procure unauthorised access to the user’s data. To avoid threats related to it, the Owner recommends that the users equip their devices used to connect to the Internet with anti-virus programmes and up-date them on an ongoing basis, installing the newest versions, and also up-date the Internet browser and the operating system of their end devices on an ongoing basis.
The users can resign from using the Website at any moment by closing the website or the Internet browser.

ELECTRONIC SERVICES

A contact form is available for the users on the Website.
Using the contact form is possible after the user completes three steps: (1) going to the “Contact” tab; (2) completing the contact form and (3) clicking the “Send message” field – until this moment, it is possible to independently modify the data that was entered. The contact form requires provision of the content of the message sent to the Owner and at least the following contact details of the user: first and surname/ business name and e-mail address to which the Owner can send its response.
The electronic contact form service is provided free of charge and has a one-off nature that ends at the moment of dispatch of the message with the use of it or at the moment of earlier cancellation of the message with the use of it.
Any content sent via the Website should be reliable, compliant with the law and contain true information. It is forbidden to send any content violating the principles of netiquette and containing information which is untrue or may mislead the Owner or other persons, as well as containing advertising content or promoting, directly or indirectly, other websites, products and services.

COPYRIGHT

Copyright and intellectual property rights to the Website as an entirety along with the content, artworks, compositions and templates and labels available as part of it are vested in the Owner or other authorised third parties and are covered by copyright protection and other provisions of the generally applicable law. Use of the content available on the Website is permitted without limitations exclusively within the scope of own non-commercial personal use. Use of the content on the Website in a broader scope requires prior explicit consent of the Administrator or other authorised third parties.
